My wife and daughter were touring the IOW when the chain on my wife's bike snapped. My wife had to get a taxi back to Freshwater but once there Adrian could not have been more helpful and with his expertise they were soon on their way. Thanks for being so cheery and accommodating.
Adrian saved the day...I was going out on a days cycle ride when I noticed a broken spoke. I phoned, called in and he dropped everything to fix it. Chatting during the repair its very clear he has lots of technical experience in many bike related areas . A proper bike shop with a mechanic who is friendly and provides great value for money. I know i will be using him again and would recommend others do so.
