We had an incredible morning coasteering in fresh water bay. This is the 4th time I have been coasteering in the UK and this was by far the best experience. Brilliant instructors and decent equipment. Worth every penny.
I came to the Isle of Wight on a little family holiday this summer and we booked ourselves on to the coasteering here for our second day on the island. Coasteering, as described by my brother, involved clambering along some rocks and jumping into the sea - nothing too exhausting, exhilarating or terrifying, which in fact was everything it turned out to be. Following the gorgeous hot weather that we had been experiencing, was the week we were in the Isle of Wight. For some reason (as it tends to when going anywhere on holiday in England) the weather turned and was cloudy, windy, and rainy. And this weather meant the sea was much rougher than normal. Luckily the team at adventure activities were full of energy and positivity and geared us all up for the event ahead. The coasteering itself, although terrifying, being body slammed by enormous waves, was a great, really worth while experience. It was not one bit boring. In fact it was awesome. The two guides who took us out looked after us very well considering the conditions of the sea, shouting 'wave on!' whenever a large piece of the sea headed straight towards us, which was pretty much every two minutes. Exhilarating is definitely the best word to describe our coasteering experience here. We came back thoughout our the week to enjoy kayaking in similar whether conditions, as we loved the experience of the sea so much. Thank you to the team here for your constant positivity and reassurance, you guys were awesome!
Awesome kayaking. Waves got quite big, instead of calling it a day, the instructors took us across the bay and we kayak surfed for an hour!! Brilliant. Big thanks to Chris and Matt.... Top dudes!!
My daughter and her friend went yesterday, and they had a fantastic time all day. I went to see them down at the bay on the paddle boat and they had so much fun, the guides were very attentive and fun to be round. Thinking of booking again, can highly recommend them.
Stayed with them for 5 days and enjoyed every bit of it especially costering amazing people there very helpful !!!
