Its a lovely site , very quiet, toilets ,showers, laundry room and washing up facilities,
Heathfield is excellent. My only constructive criticism is showers are small, especially for helping to shower children. All pitches large and flat. Good open play facilities for families, yet peaceful areas for adults. Site managers were very helpful friendly welcoming. This is my second stay and will definitely be back. I have no hesitation in recommending to friends.
Spent 3 nights at the camp site back in July and was thoroughly pleased with the place. The warden was very friendly and accommodating and even offered to help us move our tent once she had realised we were in the wrong spot! Excellent price for such a great campsite! We chose a (non electric) grass pitch and had plenty of room for our tent and car. The facilities were well maintained and the warden was kind enough to allow us access to the disabled toilets/showers while the main shower block was being cleaned. The location of the site was perfect as it was in walking distance to the beach. I would recommend this camp site to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing get-away.
